It is very desirable to increase con-

siderably European Police. Can you pbtain

trained men from Royal Irish Constabulary I am willing to take 32 or a few more if good men are available. Unmarried men preferred owing to being short of quarters at present. Is Weihaiwei Police

Force about to be disbanded if so am prepared to consider taking over all satisfactory men with

their Inspectors.
